From the quiet perfection of an egg emerges the Ovum Dining Table, our very first creation and the origin of everything we make at Koroway. The egg has always symbolised the beginning of life: pure, whole, and infinitely gentle. We kept that primal softness when we sculpted two oversized egg forms in microcement to carry a vast, softly curved tabletop, as if the promise of life itself were holding your daily rituals.

Hand-shaped from our signature seamless microcement, each base carries the subtle imperfections and delicate asymmetry of a real eggshell, magnified to human scale. The surface is warm to the touch yet cool in tone, shifting from creamy ivory in morning light to the subtlest blush at dusk. There are no corners, no harsh lines, only a continuous, protective curve that invites you to gather, to rest your arms, to linger.

Strong enough to seat 6–8 people with ease, Ovum transforms every meal into a quiet celebration of beginnings. Around it, conversations feel sheltered, laughter softer, time slower. Plants lean toward its organic silhouette as if recognising an ancient relative; light caresses it the way sunlight warms a nest.
