Shipping
Every Koroway piece is 3D-printed and finished by hand in our Belgian studio. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks; shipping begins once your piece is complete.

- Production lead time: 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation.
- EU delivery: 3 to 7 working days after shipment; worldwide 7 to 14 working days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
- EU orders are delivered duty-free.
- Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Production and dispatch
When you place an order, your piece enters our production queue. 3D printing and finishing typically take 6 to 8 weeks for standard pieces. Custom commissions and bespoke variations may take 8 to 10 weeks.
Once your piece is complete and packed, we'll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details. From that point, you can follow the package to your address.
How we pack
Furniture deserves serious packaging. Every piece leaves our studio in custom-built protection:
- Large pieces (dining tables, coffee tables): custom plywood crates with foam padding.
- Smaller pieces (side tables, lighting, planters): double-walled cartons with custom foam inserts.
- All shipments are fully insured in transit.
Delivery times after dispatch
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2–4 working days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 working days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 working days
- United States, Canada: 7–14 working days
- Rest of world: 10–20 working days
Times are estimates from the day of dispatch and exclude customs processing for non-EU destinations.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. We work with established European freight partners and pass on actual cost; we don't profit from shipping.
For pieces over 30 kg and dimensions above standard parcel size, we ship via palletised freight; the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery window.
White-glove delivery (EU, trade members)
Trade members in the EU receive complimentary white-glove delivery: scheduled appointment, unpacked on arrival, and placed where you'd like. Available on dining tables, coffee tables, side tables, and lighting. See the Trade Program page for details.
White-glove delivery for non-trade orders is available as a paid upgrade in some EU regions — contact us for a quote.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
- Within the EU: orders are delivered duty-free. The price you pay at checkout includes Belgian VAT, and no further charges are due on arrival.
- Outside the EU: customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and are calculated by your local customs authority on arrival. We provide accurate commercial invoices to support clearance.
If you'd like an estimate of customs charges for your country before ordering, contact us — we'll do our best to give you a realistic range.
Receiving your piece
For larger pieces (dining tables, coffee tables), please ensure:
- Someone is available to receive the delivery during the booked window.
- Access to your address — door widths, stairs, lift dimensions — has been considered ahead of time.
- The packaging is photographed before unpacking, in case of visible damage in transit.
Once unpacked, please inspect your piece carefully. If anything has been damaged in transit, report it within 7 days via our Contact page. See our Returns Policy for the full damage process.
Rescheduling and delivery changes
Once a piece has been dispatched, delivery changes are handled by the carrier directly using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If you have trouble reaching the carrier or need to coordinate a complex delivery, contact us — we'll help where we can.
Lost or significantly delayed shipments
In the rare case a shipment is lost or delayed by more than 21 working days after dispatch, contact us. Every Koroway shipment is fully insured; we'll either reship your piece or refund your order in full.
