Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of koroway.com and any purchase you make from Stonemore BV (trading as Koroway). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Stonemore BV, trading as Koroway
Graaf Jansdijk 9, 8300 Knokke-Heist, Belgium
KBO: 0832.022.943 · VAT: BE0832.022.943
Contact: koroway.com/pages/contact · info@koroway.com

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed through koroway.com between Stonemore BV and you (the customer). By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you are a business buying for resale or for a client, please see our Trade Program page; specific trade terms may also apply.

3. Our products

All Koroway pieces are made to order: each piece is 3D-printed and finished by hand in our Belgian studio after you place your order. Because every piece is hand-finished, small variations in surface, tone, and texture are inherent to the work and are not defects (see our Returns & Warranty policy).

Product photographs are intended to represent each piece as faithfully as possible. Colour reproduction on screens varies; if exact colour matching is critical, request a physical sample swatch before ordering.

4. Order and contract formation

  1. Placing an order on koroway.com constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
  2. We confirm receipt of your order by email. This is not yet acceptance.
  3. The contract is formed when we send a separate order confirmation email, typically within one working day, after payment has been received and we have confirmed availability.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of suspected fraud, unavailability, or pricing error.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in EUR and, for deliveries within the EU, include Belgian VAT (21%).
  • For deliveries outside the EU, prices may be displayed excluding VAT; customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient on arrival.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout (see Shipping).
  • Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, via the methods displayed at checkout.
  • If a pricing error is discovered (e.g. an obvious typo), we will contact you and offer the correct price or a refund — at your choice — before producing the piece.

6. Production and delivery

Standard pieces are produced and delivered within 6 to 8 weeks of order confirmation. Custom commissions may take longer (typically 8 to 10 weeks). Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Because our pieces are made specifically to your order, they fall under the exemption to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal set out in Article VI.53(3) of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (transposing Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU): goods produced to consumer specifications are not eligible for the cooling-off period.

As a customer-friendly grace, we offer a 48-hour cancellation window from order placement. Full details are in our Returns & Warranty policy.

8. Warranty

Every piece carries a two-year manufacturing warranty, as set out in our Returns & Warranty policy, in addition to your legal rights under Belgian consumer law (Articles 1649bis–1649octies of the Civil Code).

9. Damaged or defective items

Visible damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects covered by warranty must be reported as soon as they appear. Full process: Returns & Warranty.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, and other content on koroway.com are the intellectual property of Stonemore BV or its licensors. Purchasing a piece grants you ownership of the physical piece, but does not transfer any rights to the underlying design. Reproduction, manufacture of derivatives, or commercial use of our designs is not permitted without our written consent.

11. Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by our intent or gross negligence in performance of the contract. To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights).

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, supplier failure, fire, flood, pandemic, or government action. If such an event materially affects delivery of your order, we will contact you with a revised timeline or offer a refund.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. For consumer disputes, the courts of your domicile within the EU have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection rules. For all other disputes, the courts of West Flanders (Bruges division) have exclusive jurisdiction.

The European Commission also operates an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on koroway.com at the time you place that order. Substantial changes will be flagged on the website.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be interpreted to come as close as possible to the original intent within the bounds of applicable law.

16. Contact

For all order, contract, or general questions, please use the form on our Contact page or write to info@koroway.com.
